A new luxury hotel from the Fattal Limited Edition collection.
This iconic, breathtaking structure stands on its own exclusive island at the heart of Herzliya Pituach marina, inviting you to immerse yourself in an extraordinary hospitality experience beyond all expectations.

Designed by renowned architect Ilan Pivko, The hotel draws inspiration from the world of sailing. Its cascading decks, sweeping balconies, and panoramic views create a seamless connection between architecture & sea, making the Mediterranean an integral part of every stay.

The studio was commissioned to name the project and define its identity from the ground up, establishing a brand that could express the hotel’s unique position between the city and the sea. Rather than creating a collection of visual assets, our goal was to build a complete brand world, one with a clear point of view, a distinctive voice, and a strong sense of place.

Beginning with strategy and naming, we developed a narrative inspired by the culture of sailing, the rhythm of marina life, and the understated elegance of contemporary yachting. This foundation informed every aspect of the project, from the visual identity and art direction to the signage system, environmental graphics, verbal language, and guest communications. Each touchpoint was designed as part of a single, coherent experience, allowing the brand to unfold naturally throughout the hotel while maintaining clarity, consistency, and character.
