Chacoli

Perched on the most stunning point of Tel Aviv’s coastline, Chacoli invites guests to indulge in a Basque-inspired culinary and sensory journey.
This vibrant new restaurant captures the youthful, light, and refreshing spirit of its namesake—a Basque wine celebrated for its coastal origins and lively character.

The visual identity, crafted by Yugo & Art, weaves a story that honors tradition while embracing contemporary design. At its heart is a bespoke typeface, inspired by ancient Basque scripts, paired with freehand illustrations that exude charm and spontaneity. This carefully curated language flows effortlessly through every detail, from staff uniforms to custom tableware, creating a holistic and timeless dining experience.
Chacoli’s culinary offering celebrates simplicity and authenticity, anchored by an abundant and thoughtfully curated drinks menu. Reflecting the unique influence of the sea on Basque winemaking, the wine list takes the form of a treasure map, charting the distance each wine travels from its coastal vineyard to the table.
More than just a restaurant, Chacoli is a tribute to the fusion of sea, land, and culture—a space where flavors, design, and storytelling blend to deliver an unforgettable encounter with Tel Aviv’s coastal spirit and the rich traditions of the Basque region.
