An intimate culinary space helmed by Michelin-starred chef Gal Ben Moshe, Grace is a celebration of refinement, elegance, and quiet sophistication. The name was chosen with care—a universal expression of poise, gratitude, and timeless beauty, resonating across languages and cultures. It carries a sense of blessing, much like the experience of a meticulously crafted meal.

The branding process was guided by a singular principle: a seamless connection between form and content, space and message. The logo, inspired by the restaurant’s geometric architecture, is minimalist yet assertive—its precise lines echoing the balance and intentionality of the space itself. The visual language is distilled and harmonious, designed with clarity, straight lines, and an organic flow that mirrors the restaurant’s atmosphere.

a grace

/ɡrās/

noun
A grace is a short prayer or thankful phrase said before or after eating.
In English, reciting such a prayer is sometimes referred to as “saying grace”.

Special attention was given to the menu’s design, conceived as an unfolding journey—just as each dish gradually reveals its layers of flavor and artistry. The menu’s folding structure adds an element of discovery and play, connecting the architecture of the space with the culinary experience.

The entire branding approach was carefully attuned to the architectural backdrop of the restaurant, influenced by the new wing of the Tel Aviv Museum of Modern Art. This sense of continuity—between spatial design and graphic identity—was a guiding force, ensuring that every detail, both visual and physical, tells the same story: a story of grace, refinement, and a multi-sensory experience.
